ABOUT MONIKA RANATHUNGA

I’m a senior technical programme leader with 13+ years’ experience driving transformation, governance, and enterprise software delivery across global organisations. I specialise in blending Agile, Scrum, and SAFe good practices with PRINCE2 and traditional project management, adapting hybrid approaches to fit the complexity and scale of each programme. Strong communication skills allow me to engage effectively at all levels of an organisation, from executives to engineering teams, as well as with customers, suppliers, and external partners.I’ve led complex initiatives such as a transformation spanning 15+ globally distributed Scrum teams at AVEVA, where I introduced standardised project artefacts and reporting to improve visibility and coordination. At Arm, I managed the rollout of ServiceNow to employees across 10+ departments, aligning technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to achieve enterprise-wide adoption. More recently at ForgeRock and CrowdStrike, I partnered with product, engineering, and security teams to deliver secure SaaS programmes, working closely with customers and suppliers to meet compliance and business needs.I bring expertise in project artefacts that drive successful delivery—roadmaps, risk and issue logs, dashboards, and governance packs—supported by tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
