I help organisations move from early AI concepts and fragmented initiatives to institutionalised, scalable AI capability, combining GenAI and agentic AI strategy, and product design with end-to-end delivery.I lead enterprise AI and Data transformations in complex, global, and regulated environments, working closely with VP- and ExCom-level sponsors across enterprise, commercial, medical, clinical, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.
