Serve as the Performance Management (PM) Program Manager for Headquarters (HQ), the Mission Support Enterprise Offices (MSEOs), and the Office of Procurement (OP) by providing authoritative and strategic PM consultative services to ensure all PM processes maintain consistency with NASA/Center policy, applicable law/regulation, appropriate occupational or technical principles/practices/guidelines, and supervisor/organizational instructions/guidance.• Strategically consult with customer organizations and serve as the primary point of contact/subject matter expert (POC/SME) on PM processes by providing timely PM information and guidance on associated timelines and actions, responding to questions on Standard Performance Appraisal Communication Environment (SPACE)best practices, providing guidance on how to manage unique situations throughout the PM cycle to MSEO PM Leads, Agency PM stakeholders, Rating Officials, Administrative Officers (AOs), etc, and developing strategies and executing plans that support Agency PM guidelines.• Identify, analyze, assess, and evaluate PM data trends and issues to recommend optimal methods, strategies, and solutions that address and resolve PM problems.• Provide expert and consultative services on PM subject matter principles, concepts, and practices and advise managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders on complex PM issues.• Lead all PM Community Meetings with PM Leads and Coordinators from other Centers/MSEOs and serve as the SME in all PM processes and procedures.• Deliver PM briefings/trainings/reports/desk sides/and correspondence at AO meetings, All-Hands or other management meetings, Leadership briefings, New Supervisor meetings, other HCO specific trainings, organization-specific workshops, etc, to foster understanding and provide guidance to organizations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
