I am a People & Development Expert - I thrive in designing of talent & leadership ecosystems rooted in real behavioral & cultural insights. This means I straddle both worlds - strategy and execution with equal ease - I combine clear strategic & data-driven organizational development with hands-on, finger on a pulse facilitation to ensure the change I am a part of is lived. I bring tested solutions for multifaceted pains of larger startups and scaling mid-size companies: leadership capability gaps, cultural fragmentation during scaling, top and middle management skills deficits, hybrid work integration and an overall transformation & change fatigue. My most relevant experience derives from tech/data & research intelligence area, in a global matrix organization.With seven years of experience in Organizational Design for one of the world’s largest Product and Data Editorial Divisions, I have worked closely with C-suite leaders (i.e. Chief Content/Product Officer, Chief People Officer) in-house. I create sustainable, creative, and joyful work cultures. I promote real psychological safety - based on data but fueled by knowledge of human psychology & patterns. I consult on and refine organizational design, building high-performing teams, and sharpening leadership vision and focus. I also coach and mentor for leadership development and values (for real long-term success), teach conflict management and real engagement.
