As a co-founder of Intelligent Clout, I established and grew a brand-new digital marketing and public relations company. I leveraged my connections acquired while working as a journalist in Chicago. During that time, I have interviewed business owners and helped them tell their stories using my communication skills combined with the technical capabilities of our designers and web developers. In 2013, the company moved to Los Angeles and exclusively pivoted to custom software development and digital marketing. My role in the company changed from co-founder to managing partner as I was actively working on leading custom software development projects from acquisition to delivery. My background in public relations was paramount in situations that required managing clients\' expectations and acting as an intermediary/project manager between clients and our team of software developers. Currently, I undertake creative projects that align with my interests and the company\'s goals. They include the acquisition and management of custom software solutions in specific niches and a handful of brand strategy ventures.
