An eager-brewer yet compassionate to grow and learn. Person full of determination and confidence to roll out in this liberal world to achieve new heights with every coming opportunity. To give a new way to my solitude thoughts, I did my graduation (B.Com Hons.) from Amity University, Lucknow. It provided exposure of people, subjects, researches and curricular immensely. It also brought my inclination towards financial services sector as I made several readings on this particular industry for my SIP as well as for curriculum courses. It was time for my aspiration to lead it\'s way. I joined Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow to felicitate my dream of becoming a corporate person and an all-rounder manager. I did PGDM in Marketing and Finance to make the doors open for varied sectors. Practical knowledge is the best way out to flourish the skills one shows around four walls. For my Summer Internship Program, I did training in Margdarshak Financial Services Ltd. for the duration of 2 months. The topic was : Composition of categorized script for customer contentment and grievnace handling and suggesting relevant practices. For the sake, I performed few field operations, met clients, gathered data and prepared presentation as well as a summary report stating the possible reasons for the deterioration in the client base. I was profound to be a part of a quality and effective training that brushed my managing and performing skills. To understand the decipher markets and be actively upgraded, I soldier on various certifications which includes : KPMG Lean Six Sigma green belt : Google certified Digital Marketing : Reading Financial Statements by CFI : Foreign Language in German by Amity School of Languages : English and Communication Skills by Amity School of Languages : Behavioural Skill course by Amity University. On professional front, I\'m currently placed with Axa XL, XL India Business Services Private Limited as Policy Management Analyst. Prior to this, I have 1.5 years experience as Unit Sales Manager with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Com Ltd. In spare time, I watch series, videos on YouTube, do paintings and a lot more. I ardently follow few specific YouTube content creators and watch their as many videos on a usual day.\"Your network is your net worth\". I truly believe to this saying.
