I am a commercially focused CFO with over 20 years of multinational finance experience across manufacturing, shared services and corporate environments. My background includes senior finance leadership roles within Whirlpool and current CFO responsibility at Epsotech Italy, giving me strong exposure to complex international operations, matrix structures and performance-led environments. My experience spans group reporting and consolidation, FP & A, working capital optimisation, plant controlling, intercompany governance and finance transformation. I have led cross-border teams across EMEA and partnered closely with CEOs and boards to strengthen financial visibility, improve cost control and embed structured planning disciplines.
