Designed, created, and customized software solutions to help manage and automate operations for D365 CE/CRM, Field Service.Developed plugins using C# and corresponding custom APIs, client-side scripts using JavaScript, and Custom component frameworks using TypeScript to extend platform functionality and to enhance the system usability. This has helped with manageability as all the corresponding code is integrated with GIT.Enhanced internal apps to meet high-performance demands using 100s of out of the box artifacts like Power Automate cloud flows, Power Pages, Business Process Flows, Processes, to name a few. Managed solutions across DEV/UAT/PROD, ensuring application reliability and availability.Integrated AI-based tools like Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) in field service, which drastically improved our technicians’ and dispatchers’ efficiency.Developed SQL queries and leveraged Dataverse for efficient data retrieval, manipulation, and built interactive dashboards and Power BI to improve data visualization and user decision-making.Implemented Azure Functions that listen to Service Bus queues/topics and process messages sent from external request-management systems like ServiceNow and ServiceChannel.Supported D365 modules such as Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Sales by delivering tailored solutions to improve business operations and customer experience.Integrated and managed plugins and other artifacts from other vendors for payment processing, tax-related concepts implementation.Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, deployment, testing, and post-go-live support for a canvas app built for the HR team.Transformed paper-based forms into a canvas app, created a model-driven app for reporting, and used Dataverse as a backend.Built and used an Azure CI/CD pipeline for the deployment of the app across environments.
