Part of SLGS India\'s Legal Centre of Excellence special vertical, the Information Technology Contracting Centre (ITCC) providing legal process-oriented solutions to the Sun Life group in the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Canada- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various forms of contracts related to information technology, outsourcing, and consulting- Maintaining records and compiling statistics for existing contracts, as well as monitoring extensions and renewals in the best interests of Sun Life- Contract lifecycle management processes using different software tools CMS, Access tracker etc- Responsible for preparing periodic reports, including dashboards and weekly updates- Solving contract-related challenges with other parties and internally, as well as structuring them to ensure a corporate benefit.
