As a Human Resource Professional, I implemented and supervised the Quality framework to ensure Quality Assurance, Quality Audit, Quality Improvement, and Knowledge Management initiatives in HR Processes.I am in human resource field for 11 years and has transformed myself while working in 6 different organisations, wow! I experienced 6 different organisational cultures and successfully delivered roles and responsibilities.I started woking at the age of 23, being small town girl, I understood working hard by experiential learning is the mantra, which makes me quick learner, adaptable and resilient.My strong work ethics comes from working with descipline when no one is watching, in short \"Integrity\".
