   Scope of responsibilities include managing a team of lawyers and contract professionals and the associated budget; member of Senior Leadership Team (SLT); establish global contract forms, playbook terms and contracting policies; supervise legal use of automated CLM system; manage drafting and negotiation of all North America and Latin America commercial sales contracts including software licenses, SaaS, maintenance and support, consulting services; work closely with product development, product management, IT and operations in the development and launch of new products and services to ensure compliance with applicable laws and maximum value to customers and the company; export, data privacy, and GDPR compliance; marketing and distribution as well as other general corporate contracts; supervision of outside legal counsel; provide legal advice and assistance to business leaders on various legal and corporate matters, including standardization of company’s legal contracts, compliance, acquisitions, and company policies and procedures; and collaborate with management in assessing risks and minimizing the legal exposure of the Company.
