Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for manufacturing roles across various levels- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume positions- Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.Job Posting and Branding - Create and post compelling job descriptions tailored to manufacturing roles- Promote the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing industry.Candidate Assessment - Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.Compliance and Documentation- Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS – Darwin Box)- Handle offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.Onboarding Support - Coordinate pre-employment checks, including medical exams and background verifications- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
