   The Learning Experience Designer supports the UKG Learning and Community team strategy and delivers high-quality educational solutions in a blended learning model. We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to help our customers learn and master our HCM and Absence products. The Learning Experience Designer is a member of the UKG Learning Team and is responsible for the design and development of standardized education solutions for multiple UKG products in a variety of vertical industries. Principal Responsibilities: Using UKG design processes, templates, procedures, and tools, rapidly design and develop engaging and impactful learning activities and compelling course content, including but not limited to job aids, Articulate Rise pages, and instructor-led course materials Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs and product capabilities Work with Learning Leads and your manager to ensure projects are completed on time and according to design, development, and quality standards Conduct internal reviews and testing to evaluate courseware during the design and development phases Stay current in training trends and recommend other training media, methods, and approaches to implement new ideas in a cost-effective manner Attend product training sessions and work with UKG products to become a product expert Solves moderately complex issues Acts as a resource and may provide guidance/training for other team members May lead team projects with limited risks and resource requirements Assists in establishing team procedures In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. Experience working in an Agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environments preferred
