Lead cross-functional materials characterization, metallurgical testing and support to process tool Hands-on experiences in analytical methods and material characterization instruments, such as Focus Ion Beam (FIB), TEM Lamella Preparation, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), OpticalMicroscopy, EDXRF, Ellipsometer,Water contact angle,XRD,Profilometer,Image Processing using Mountain 9 and MATLAB Software. Strong instrumentation skills for analytical instrument set-up,maintenance, and troubleshooting.
