About Monika Aring
As a global leader and advisor, my work has empowered employers, educators, and policymakers to create better livelihoods and promote the essential conditions for a 21st century workforce. Serving in senior leadership roles, I help develop effective partnerships and learning strategies for a future-ready workforce and equip youth with digital and soft skills. A highly skilled facilitator and trainer, I work with multi-stakeholder groups throughout the world to develop and align their strategies for better jobs and skills. A graduate of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, I’ve worked in 60 poor, middle income, and wealthy countries in Africa, Central and Southeast Asia, Latin America, U.S, and Europe. I speak English, German, French and Spanish. My research on learning at work and complex systems approaches has been published in major media and professional journals.
