Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals comprising recruiters, accountants, administrative assistants, and office assistants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring the organization\'s staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. • Compensation Analysis: Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to benchmark salaries, benefits, and incentives, ensuring competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent. • Job Analysis: Perform job analysis to define and document job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications, enabling the organization to create accurate job descriptions and support performance evaluations. • Software Management: Proficiently manage multiple software systems, including SESIS for DOE, Avionte, and Hyphen Portal for Healthfirst, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with software-specific requirements. • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and documentation related to team performance, recruitment statistics, and software utilization, presenting findings and recommendations to the Director of Operations. • Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with software vendors, government agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and compliance. • Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the Director of Operations to manage departmental budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve cost-efficiency. • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment and operational activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, taking corrective actions when necessary. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall company objectives.
