I am currently working as an HR Intern at FA Gifts Pvt. Ltd, where I am involved in recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. Although my academic background is in technology, my career interests and strengths are aligned with Human Resource Management and people-focused roles.During my internship, I have gained exposure to resume screening, interview coordination, employee communication, attendance management, and maintaining HR records. I enjoy interacting with people, understanding workplace processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.I have completed my master’s degree in a technical field and previously built skills in programming, databases, and web development. This background helps me work confidently with data, documentation, and tools like Excel and Google Sheets, which I now apply in HR activities as well.I am eager to continue learning and growing in HR, particularly in:1.
