I\'m Monique, but if you want, call me Moni! Brazilian living in Canada constantly learning about marketing, business, and project management. I love to explore my creativity to discover new ways and facility processes, to take something complex and transform it into an organized structure of process and information to get agility. I like to construct strategies for new projects and plans to improve the actual scenery As a communicative person, I like to work and help my team, also, I enjoy working independently; I tend to stand out for the motivation I like to bring to the team I work with, the sparkle in my eyes, and the energy I put into the projects that involve me, in addition to my constant search for new learning. My experiences have given me skills for problem-solving, project management, leadership, dealing with high-demand activities, and high performance in fast-paced environments. I also have a dynamic profile that allows me to quickly adapt to changes and new scenarios. About my marketing experience, I started as a social media manager and after a couple of months, I was working as a supervisor with different aspects of inbound marketing and content creation, as a result of my thirst for new knowledge.
