Manage and analyze company portfolio of programs within the communications, virtual, and facilities domain. Ensure superior team integration, solutions delivery, and client satisfaction. Develop business and contract strategies that support transformational solutions that JANSON provides. Monitor the company’s Key Performance Indicators to quantify, measure, and foster success in client satisfaction, client retention, innovation, and growth. Oversee compliance with contracts, relevant regulations, and policies. Work closely with the Director of Administration to ensure established company policies and procedures are implemented and refined as required. Facilitate programs focused on employee development and delivery. Lead the establishment, implementation, monitoring, and resourcing of a corporate Quality Control (QC) program. Develop and implement strategies to improve JANSON’s market positioning. Work with the CEO and Senior Leadership for developing performance and market strategies. Participate in the management of the Corporate Strategic Plan.
