She currently serves as a Board member Alight, a non-profit that offers specialized, free legal services to sex trafficking survivors. Monica has over 18 years of experience delivering business outcomes, meeting management expectations and driving customer success. Monica has global consulting experience with a top financial and accounting firm as an IT Audit Manager. In her prior roles as Compliance Team Lead and Sr. Analyst, she focused on building loyalty within teams and simplifying complexity for greater organizational agility. She holds a BA in Political Science from University of Oklahoma, an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University and a CISA (Certified IT Systems Auditor) certification through ISACA. Monica currently lives in Denver, CO with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
