Floor Manager for Trade Shows. Act as the liaison between Show Management, Exhibitors, Labor, Contractors, Safety and Facilities. Monitor the progress of the exhibitors on the show floor and make sure that everyone is adhering to the production schedule. Ensure floor plans are accurately carried out. Diplomatically resolve disputes or conflicts among exhibitors. Enforce the rules and regulations of Show Management in a respectful and courteous way. The ability to prioritize multiple projects as well as work with multiple departments.
