I\'ve worked in Recruiting for about 10 years: starting as an Administrative Assistant for a staffing firm, then moving into full-cycle in both boutique and corporate agencies, and then in-house for some really cool companies around the Bay Area. I\'ve made a habit of joining teams at the start of their hyper-growth-mode. To me, there\'s nothing more exciting than supporting a good mission. I like to believe that starting in agency conditioned me to handle high-volume hiring with patience, persistence, and a problem-solving mindset toward the processes that I help build.
