Inspired by the world around me I decided to pursue a career where I could use my skills to benefit others. I am an experienced Project Manager in Localization, Customer Support and User Services, as well as Product Improvements. I have strong experience managing projects from kick-off to delivery; leading communities of translators and language service providers, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders in engineering, legal, design and communications. As a Customer Support Specialist I have provided effective customer support solutions for individuals and high level profiles across International Markets. I also have experience as a Community Manager and Social Media strategist developing creative campaigns to promote engagement, analyzing results to support future programs, growing communities and keeping social media channels updated. I started working at Twitter in 2011 and worked there for over 5 years - I loved the product as a great tool to be informed, entertained and connected to the subjects that mattered the most to me. While at Twitter, I was part of the Support and Localization teams and my main goal was to make the product available to users around the world. Regardless of the language they spoke, I wanted people to understand and enjoy Twitter as much as I did. Since 2017, I joined WhatsApp focusing on improving the experience of Spanish speaking users, and since then I have expanded to global projects. My priority is to allow users to utilize and enjoy one of the most used communication apps in the world. My focus has been on users awareness, product launches and feedback, translation quality, building partnerships and educational campaigns.
