I’m Monica, and I support the Gartner New York Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) Community, a peer group intentionally built by CDAOs for CDAOs. I work closely with senior data and analytics leaders from organizations like MetLife, the City of New York, AIG, IFF, Mastercard, and many others who help shape the conversations and direction of this community.In my work within Gartner’s C‑level Communities, I help create a space where the region’s top D&A executives can learn from one another, compare real strategies, and talk candidly about the challenges and opportunities defining their roles today. Across the community, leaders are actively sharing how they are scaling AI for business impact, strengthening data-driven culture, and building trust through governance. These conversations are shaping how leading organizations move forward in 2026 and beyond.My role is to make participation seamless and meaningful by connecting the right peers, surfacing the themes that matter most, and ensuring every interaction adds value. The community is exclusive to the senior most D&A leaders in the region, and each member contributes to the quality and depth of the dialogue.I am always excited to connect with executives who want to engage with a trusted network of peers who are driving similar transformations.
