As the HR & Office Manager at WANRack, a leading provider of fiber optic networks for education and government clients, I team up with leaders and employees to foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation. I have over nine years of experience in human resources, spanning various industries such as events services, advertising, and education. I hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Northwest Missouri State University. I am skilled in cloud-based platforms for payroll and HR management, as well as in coaching, communication, and team building. I leverage my PR background and my interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. My mission is to support the growth and development of WANRack and its employees, and to contribute to its vision of delivering high-quality and reliable fiber solutions.
