With over 25 years of experience leading cross-functional IT teams and complex technology projects, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, project leadership, and human-centered collaboration. My journey began in the life insurance industry, where I spent 17 years building scalable systems and services. Over the last 8 years, I’ve led the development and implementation of digital platforms across diverse sectors including education, wellness, sports, and communications.Today, I lead the full development of TY Rewards—a digital platform empowering small businesses through a rewards-based ecosystem. I oversee the architecture and delivery of both a partner-facing web app and a member-focused mobile app, while ensuring smooth integration of all backend processes and systems.What drives me is the opportunity to create technology that’s not only powerful but intuitive and meaningful. I believe in leading with empathy, making decisions through a lens of user experience, and building solutions that make life easier for people.
