As an empowered first-generation Latina with indigenous roots, a trauma survivor, a Mental Wellbeing (Parts Work Certified), and a Credentialed Professional Goal Coach (PCC - ICF) I have been on my own personal development and spiritual path for over 15 years.I specialize in Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) within a coaching setting, to help you uncover and process the core wounds connected to the limiting beliefs that are holding you back in your life, career, relationships, or business success. Through this process, you can release trauma from past experiences, often allowing these limiting patterns to stop without spending years building coping mechanisms or doing mindset work. This supports you in reaching your goals a lot easier and creates a better relationship with yourself and others.In addition to my trauma-informed coaching, I also blend Parts Work with positive intelligence, NLP, somatic experiencing, emotional intelligence, and other modalities to help you achieve your personal, career, relationship, and business goals.
