I am currently developing the Risk / Compliance Program for Digital: • Developed record management policy and procedure for all 5 Digital business segments, first designating then, leading Record Owners to full compliance in 7-months. • Enhanced finding and action plan flow for Digital that improved communication, removed confusion, elevated the sense of accountability and subsequently reduced remediation flow and timeline. Parallel deep dives resulted in bonus process improvement measures that led to a reduction in finding and action plan creation as well. • Improved the RCSA process by proactively reviewing and updating RCSAs with partners during already established weekly meetings versus waiting for our Risk partners to assign RCSA tasks. • Matured control testing process for Digital to include evidence-based results to elevate awareness of processes.
