ABOUT MONICA KHALISTA

HR professional with 5+ years of progressive experience building and scaling people functions across tech-based, financial, and healthcare-adjacent industries in Indonesia. I\'ve operated across the full HR spectrum; from designing compensation systems and running recruitment end-to-end, to acting as a strategic partner for department heads navigating complex team decisions. What drives my work is the belief that people decisions are fundamentally behavioral decisions. My background in psychology and a growing interest in behavioral economics shapes how I think about everything from performance management design to employee engagement; moving beyond traditional HR frameworks toward approaches that account for how people actually think, decide, and act at work. I\'m now deliberately moving toward an HR Business Partner role where I can sit at the intersection of people strategy and organizational behavior — working closely with business leaders to diagnose team challenges, design evidence-based interventions, and build cultures where people consistently do their best work.
