As a dedicated, hardworking and team-focused training professional in the buying department at Aldi, I am experienced in the design and implementation of effective training solutions. I have extensive experience in developing targeted training solutions aligned to corporate objectives, with the ability to execute with precision in a fast-paced, complex environment. My passion for learning new techniques and technologies, as well as for organising great events and training programmes, has enabled me to build a reputation I have gained at Aldi as the ‘go-to’ expert for seasonal training issues.During the course of my career so far, I have developed increasing ability to support the growth of cooperative, highly skilled team environments – there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing my work create a dynamic, productive team, helping people to expand their capabilities and exceed their own expectations.Career highlights include bringing modernising change to the buying department through a series of process improvements and new automated management tools at Aldi that have saved time and maximised impact of seasonal buying processes and knowledge transfer.
