I lead cross-sector initiatives that translate civic priorities into measurable execution.For more than two decades, I have worked across government, healthcare, financial services, and entrepreneurship—advancing workforce development, economic mobility, and social determinants of health strategies through durable public-private partnerships.As a founding member of the Department of Innovation at Allegheny Health Network, I helped repurpose a shuttered hospital into a community innovation campus—transforming former clinical space into offices, labs, and programming that now house startups, workforce initiatives, national company headquarters, and youth-serving organizations. The site anchors school partnerships, supports venture-backed health innovation, and serves as a platform for sustained neighborhood economic activation.I currently serve as a public appointee to the Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD), stewarding regional tax revenue investments across arts, parks, libraries, and civic infrastructure. I have also held governance roles with The Andy Warhol Museum and Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania, contributing to institutional strategy, oversight, and long-term sustainability.In partnership with mayoral leadership, I have advised workforce strategy efforts to align employers, public agencies, and community partners around stronger talent pipelines and equitable access to opportunity.Earlier in my career, I operated as a Checkers/Rally’s franchisee, managing frontline teams and financial performance within a national system—experience that continues to inform how I approach institutional leadership.Across every role, my focus remains consistent: ensuring institutional strategy strengthens the communities those institutions are meant to serve.
