I’m Monica—Mic for short (rhymes with ‘Mick’). Just a girl with a pen, living the life I write about. What I write about is this: most people die at 25 and get buried at 75. Benjamin Franklin said it. Or maybe Mark Twain. Doesn’t matter who—what matters is that it’s true. Too many people stop truly living long before they actually die. And for women? That hits different. That’s where I come in. I refuse to let women sleepwalk through life. My work is simple: wake-up calls—blogs, poetry, workshops, talks—to remind women they can BADE: Be Anything, Do Everything. Whenever possible (almost always), I champion nonprofits—because that’s where real change happens. Want to work together? I facilitate workshops, deliver signature talks, amplify missions, and create events. One rule: it’s all women-centered. Because the world’s biggest problems require the world’s most underutilized resource: women.
