I’m the Founder and Principal of Outside The Box Consulting, LLC, with more than 20 years of hands-on leadership experience across master-planned communities, multifamily, and community association environments.My career spans both the development and operational sides of the industry, giving me a practical, end-to-end perspective on how communities are designed, launched, activated, and sustained. I work alongside developers, management companies, boards, and onsite teams to activate amenities, build scalable lifestyle and engagement programs, and align day-to-day operations with long-term asset and community vision.Before founding Outside The Box Consulting, I held senior leadership roles, including Director of Lifestyle Services for a national development firm, where I supported the launch and stabilization of multiple communities while leading amenity activation, lifestyle strategy, and team development across markets. Earlier in my career, I served in onsite leadership and community management roles within large-scale, resort-style, and mixed-use environments—experience that continues to shape my operations-first, execution-driven approach.I’m known for my ability to bridge vision to execution, designing resident-centered experiences that are operationally sound, scalable, and aligned with ownership objectives. My work has contributed to award-winning communities, stronger resident engagement, and improved cultural and operational performance.In addition to my consulting work, I’m the co-host of the Lifestyle Unplugged podcast, where I engage industry leaders in conversations about the evolving role of lifestyle, amenities, placemaking, and community in today’s residential environments. Through both my professional work and thought leadership, I’m committed to giving back to the industry and helping shape the next generation of community builders—ensuring communities are designed not just for today, but for the people who will live in them for years to come.
