Event Experience* PACC conference - Organized and produced LA conference for the Performing Arts Center Consortium (PACC), a 22-member global organization of CEOs and COOs from PACs.Arranged all logistics including accommodations, transportation, registration procedures, A/V and telecommunications set ups, conference displays, booth logistics, seminars, receptions, entertainment.* NATPE Market & Conference - Supervised the set up and operations for Alliance Atlantis’ sales suite, a 1500 square feet space with audio visual equipment, lounges, private mini-offices, food/bar area, swag tables, and displays, and assisted the 10-member sales staff in coordinating follow up procedures (issuing purchasing agreements, billings, screeners, literature, one-sheet information) of the more than 200 titles in catalog pitched to over 300 broadcast channel buyers from across the world.* Purepost Studio Grand Opening – Handled the production of grand opening event for post-production house from guest list of 200, invitations, mailings, entertainment (performance artists and DJs), catering, permits, valet and parking services, swag product acquisitions, assembly and distribution, and special in-house project presentations as well as celebrity guests handling.* Promofilm Live TV show launch event – Organized production company launch party in synchronization of first aired episode viewing for a guest list of 150. Logistics included all initial invitations set up and deliveries, catering, transportation/parking services, permits, catering, theme development, and décor, swag bags, security, and media coverage handling.* Latin Grammy artists’ event – Produced an intimate in-house party for publisher’s nominated writers and other celebrity guests (list of 75) and handled all logistics (invitations, accommodations and transportation for out of town invitees, transportation, parking services, permits, catering and décor, gifts, A/V set ups, tours of property, video/photography).
