With a focus on building strong relationships and driving positive change, I help organizations achieve their goals and make a meaningful impact. As a seasoned association executive and nonprofit leader, I offer a unique blend of strategic planning, event management, fundraising, and board governance expertise. I\'m dedicated to helping organizations succeed by cultivating strong leadership and implementing effective systems grounded in core values.I\'m passionate about creating memorable events that unite people and advance organizational goals. By developing innovative event themes and implementing fundraising initiatives, I foster strong relationships to grow and engage membership.As a lifelong learner and holder of the CAE credential, I\'m dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry best practices. I\'m actively involved in the association community as a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, International Society of Hotel Associations, and Wisconsin Society of Association Executives Empowering professional women and supporting emerging leaders are at the heart of my work. In my roles as staff lead for Wisconsin Women in Lodging and Chair of the WSAE Women\'s Forum, I focus on creating platforms where women can network, grow their skills, and achieve their career aspirations. I believe that investing in women’s leadership strengthens our organizations and paves the way for a more vibrant and dynamic future.My approach blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver impactful results. Whether it\'s planning events, managing volunteers, or advocating for the tourism industry, I\'m passionate about driving positive change and collaboration in the nonprofit sector.
