Currently in the beginnings of building a new and sustainable DEI function and capability for Fresenius Kabi North America, from strategy formulation and execution to the implementation of foundational DEI initiatives. Provides thought leadership and guidance to the DEI Steering Committee chaired by our CEO. Highlights-Completed DEI diagnosis (workforce analysis, benchmarking, and all-employee survey) to design an evidence and data-based strategy for North America. In addition, working closely with global DEI team on building corporate-wide DEI framework for Fresenius Kabi-Built initial DEI learning roadmap to develop inclusive leadership and identified training solution for the global organization – to be launched first in North America Region-Partnering with Talent Acquisition to expand sourcing strategy; introduced tools to apply unconscious bias mitigation into hiring process-Launched monthly communication/awareness campaign; delivered first DEI webcast with external guest speaker (1,600 attendees.)
