   Make human-centered design decisions for the user experience across all digital touchpoints of RyderGyde, a fleet managing system, including: website, app, kiosk, email, QR code & SMS transactional • Conduct research throughout the design process, including competitive analyses, customer interviews, surveys, data analyses, and card-sorting studies • Led the research and user interface design of a Ryder roadside assistance case creation and tracking process which reduced call center phone calls and increased efficiency. • Conduct ideation sessions, create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and run usability testing • Communicate project advancements to stakeholders and work directly with product owners and engineers to define user needs and pain points in the development of new processes and features
