Having worked on all sides of talent pipelines in corporate, academic, and nonprofit settings, I am a champion for job seekers. I love working with people who are on the cusp of something new and strategizing with them to turn their visions into reality. I come at this work with the heart of a recruiter. Known for my ability to quickly identify and clearly articulate the unique qualities that people possess, I take the time to help people see themselves and discuss their abilities with new clarity. My experience working with over 2200 job seekers throughout my 20+ years in recruiting-adjacent fields provides me with a solid foundation from which to teach workshops, write courses, and work individually with candidates on the job search, career management, communication, and negotiation skills necessary to obtain fulfilling, values-aligned careers. With a strong focus on equity and deconstructing systems that block transparency and access, I actively seek solutions and work to build processes and programs rooted in justice.
