Our tailored solutions enhance our clients\' organizational climate and culture, delivering measurable results and lasting impact.My background at FábricaRH includes instructional design combined with project management to develop customized learning solutions. I worked closely with clients to understand their needs and cultivate strong relationships. Additionally, I identified and trained internal facilitators to ensure seamless content delivery. My expertise extends to creating engaging materials for various formats, including in-person workshops and virtual learning environments like web-based platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Some memorable initiatives in which I was directly involved- Strategic Dialogue: I crafted this dialogue for Natura to communicate and engage employees in the strategy. I investigated and chose events and pictures from the company\'s story to translate and materialize the strategy to employees- SMART Board Game: created to simplify the SMART methodology and support the employees of all areas in defining their annual goals- The Book of Values: Each employee identified a family value that was also a company value and wrote a personal story about it. Sharing values strengthens the employee-company relationship. This program was developed for Elektro- High-potential kick-off: This was the first learning initiative for Novonor\'s talents\' long-term program. Using activities and tools, we introduced them to the company\'s culture, strategies, and initiatives.
