Job Duties:• Assist the Compliance Officer with all aspects of the regulatory compliance function• Monitor compliance with the EDD program.• Perform a thorough review customer account activity based on the ECS-generated monthly alert “Review Customer” prepared by the International Banking Department. The review includes ECS profile and ECS KYC, as well as the review and update, if necessary, of the risk assessment rating proposed.• Perform a Bacex report review for corporate accounts.• Review and analyze Bridger matches to determine if there are any potential changes in risk for the Agency’s customer base, which requires escalation to the Compliance Officer.• Quality Control Process Report for Non Personal High Risk Accounts.• Review and approve any changes such as beneficial owners, signature changes, and legal names, among others in the KYC of ECS system.• Modify the risk of new Time Deposits and Loans, based on the system customer risk methodology.• Perform a monthly validation that ensures all customers have the highest risk of any given account.• Perform any other duties as may be assigned, from time to time, by the Compliance Officer.
