Monica Mishra has completed her Law, from one of the most prestigious Institutions of India and oldest law college of Asia i.e. Government Law College, Mumbai. She gained an extensive knowledge of UK consumer laws and leasing related procedures in UK. She prompted the mediation and settled many disputes out of the court on behalf of the company. She worked on GDPR and data protection laws of UK and EU from company\'s point of views. Currently she is Senior Associate at Mumbai based law firm handling the matters for the firm, her love for writing she never left in isolation, she is the legal content writer at BankExamsToday.com and Legal Consultant at World Privacy Law Institute (remotely she is handling) She has always been a keen learner and task taker, never refuses to work in the new area of practice. As she believes one can work in any field of practice if the person is keen in reading and research. As a lawyer one can never work in isolation as all the field of law is interconnected, fine lawyer is the one who focuses in one area of practice and finest is who takes substantive and procedural law as a part of the same coin, hence, can\'t be worked upon in isolation.
