Create differential developmental offerings and experiences for onboarding, succession planning, personal development, coaching, and talent management. Facilitate learning through a variety of modalities, including instructor-led, virtual training, asynchronous content, and executive coaching. Conduct ongoing learning needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge in skill set.Supervise organizational effectiveness consultants, instructional designers, and program managers that oversee the creation and implementation of learning. Create a work culture that focuses on inclusivity and safety; where people feel safe to speak up.Provide OD expertise to assist with change management, strategic planning, and team effectiveness.Demonstrate inclusive leadership that can reorient silo-mentality to drive an interdependent culture.Lead comprehensive residential learning programs for emerging executive leaders.
