ABOUT MONICA SINGH

With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Indraprastha College for Women, I developed a solid foundation in strategic planning, project management, and effective communication. Currently, I serve as the Manager of Delegate Relations at the Health 2.0 Conference in Dubai. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of delegate engagement and relations, ensuring that our delegates have a positive and enriching experience. My duties include developing and implementing strategies to enhance delegate satisfaction, managing communications, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless event experience. This position allows me to leverage my skills in strategic planning, communication, and event management to create memorable experiences for our delegates. Before this, I worked as an Assistant Team Manager at the Health 2.0 Conference in the United States. There, I supported the team in various operational activities to ensure successful event execution. My responsibilities included coordinating team activities, managing communications, and providing support to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. This experience helped me develop strong organizational and leadership skills. My academic background includes a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Indraprastha College for Women, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in my career and make meaningful contributions to my organization. Outside of work, I am passionate about exploring new trends in event management and how technology can enhance delegate experiences. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures, which often inspires my work and helps me bring fresh perspectives to my role. Additionally, I am an avid reader, particularly of business and management literature, which keeps me updated with the latest industry developments.
