ABOUT MONICA ROSENFIELD
Since joining Sutro, Monica has been the face of Payroll and the go-to person for all things related to compensation, benefits, time tracking, and equity administration. As Sutro grew, Monica continued to execute on these functions timely and accurately, in the face of increasing volume and documentation demands as a public company. In addition, Monica continues to handle all compensation-related audits, such as our annual 401(k) and worker’s compensation audits, and plays a valuable role in Sutro’s open enrollment activities and annual merit and performance cycle. Monica helps ensure that key platforms are working seamlessly for all of us at Sutro. Monica also plays a key role on the Finance/Accounting team and assisted in Sutro’s first audit under a SOX404b internal control environment. As manager, Monica will maintain the aforementioned functions with the support of her direct report. CPP attained April 2018
