Over 12+ years of experience in functional areas like, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, module manufacturing, SCM, Supplier Quality Assurance in EPC/Solar Sector. • My current responsibilities is related with procurement of Battery energy storage system BESS, EPC BOS, Transformers, modules from china and ASEAN Countries and procurement of raw material for manufacturing of solar modules in India which further includes Sending RFQ to Suppliers,sustainability audit of suppliers, preparation of bid evaluation programs/ Preparation of Technical and Commercial Evaluation of material required, negotiation, contract/ Purchase Order preparation and award formalities. • Provide Technical Inputs related to Solar EPC and EPC projects at the time of Identification of requirement and finalization of Purchase Order/ Contract. • My major responsibility is to function as a part of a negotiating team, to establish the terms and conditions for every vendor. • Ensure documentation to negotiate change orders are properly produced and maintained. • Preparation and execution of contracts and Purchase Orders to ensure the successful delivery of project services to all the sectors. Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Contract Quality standards.
