ABOUT MONICA RAJGOPAL
Over the last four and a half years, I have been associated with the Indian education sector in different capacities. I started off by creating theatre pedagogical plans for K-12 learners by integrating theories from Literature and Performance. Subsequently, I worked on creating skill-based English assessments for students in India and the UAE. In my latest role, I led a 13-month project funded by the World Bank to enhance the assessment and teaching-learning practices in Nagaland. I developed a keener interest in qualitative research methods, education policy, and advocacy through the experience. Having said that, I\'d like to think that I\'m sector-agnostic. All of my work so far has involved research and writing in one capacity or the other. I am excited about roles that require deep work and offer the scope to take ownership, build new skills, and learn and grow holistically.
