I have over 30 years of experience serving financial services clients. I led Deloitte\'s US Financial Services from 20••••25, where I oversaw our various financial services sectors, including banking, capital markets, insurance, investment management, and real estate. In this role, I was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the practice, leadership development and succession, resource alignment, and other market initiatives. I lead the integration and collaboration of Deloitte’s key businesses including audit, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory, to bring comprehensive solutions to our industry clients. Additionally, I served on Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Industry Leadership Council, which ensures the consistency and alignment of our services to multiple global clients.I was a senior advisor to many of our largest financial services accounts working with colleagues and our clients, overseeing all services we provide to the organization. I have a deep knowledge of the banking sector, with a focus on payments, and have experience leading diverse teams towards a common goal – delivering superior client service. I have led projects at multiple global institutions that leverage Deloitte’s significant capabilities across multiple domains, including technology, regulatory compliance, cyber, human capital, audit, tax, and M&A.
