About Monica Noa
I am a passionate educator and school leader. I currently serve as the Director of District Partnerships with EL Education where I direct curriculum implementation in Madison Metropolitan School District and Gwinnett County Public Schools. With over 15 years of experience, I have served in various capacities as an English/Language Arts Teacher, AIG/Magnet Coordinator, Organization Coordinator at the collegiate level, and Assistant Principal. My work is grounded in challenging inequities, establishing high expectations, continuous learning and improvement, strategic planning, and using data to achieve desired outcomes. I have a B.S in Middle Grades Education, a Master\'s in Gifted Education, a Master\'s in School Administration, and I am currently pursuing my Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Youngstown State University.
