Lead the implementation and development of multiple HRIS (ADP, UKG, FUSE) and LMS. Managed HRIS utilized for employees -Oversee the entire employment lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding-Initiate the development Learning Management System, addressing the company\'s prior lack of training resources. Significant cost savings were achieved by eliminating the need for outsourcing or purchasing external materials-Community outreach to fulfill company hiring needs at $0 cost-Coordinate and support employee training initiatives, maintain training records, and assist with annual training programs-Manage and monitor various company Leave of Absence (LOA) cases (bereavement, FMLA, and Unpaid LOA, etc.). Processing up to 5 requests per week-Conduct thorough review, editing, and approval of timesheets-Lead and track the company\'s Education Reimbursement Program-Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, providing guidance on company policies-Enhance the onboarding and termination processes by leveraging the HRIS system to digitize and streamline these procedures. Results expedite the onboarding/offboarding process within 1 day but also ensures consistency and compliance across all new hires-Lead the coordination of our annual holiday event containing employees while carefully managing expenses to stay within budget constraints-Produce HR reports as per Management requirements-Conduct conversion of temporary employees to regular company positions semi-annually. Process involves evaluating employee performance reviews, liaising with temp agencies to facilitate the conversion of top-performing individuals at no additional cost. This high-volume conversion initiative encompassed up to 50 employees per cycle and was efficiently completed within a two-week timeframe.
