As a Finance Intern on the Supply Chain Finance team at Colgate-Palmolive, I support key financial activities related to North America Costing and Contract Manufacturing. My responsibilities include downloading, emailing, and approving invoices through SAP, tracking Autopay reports for multiple manufacturing plants and customer-facing distribution centers, and assisting with month-end close processes such as inventory closing reports and warehouse rate tracking. I also manage and update various trackers, including the express pay payment tracker, cycle count tracker, and vendor payment tracking logs. In addition, I help prepare remittance requests, export data from Transplace, and support promotion and fixed asset inventory processes. This role has given me hands-on experience in financial operations, cost tracking, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
